A HVAChelpdesk.com technician will review your request then promptly respond with possible solutions and recommendations geared toward your specific problem. Since this site was created for the do-it-yourselfer, who we all know are not created equally nor are they always aware of their own limitations, we unfortunately CAN NOT and will not offer a refund for this service. We can promise to give every request a clear and thorough response that could help you if understood by you. We CAN NOT AND WILL NOT guarantee the success of your understanding of it. There are no exceptions!
