Most temperature rises across a furnace will be 45-65 degrees Fahrenheit. To check the temp rise in your furnace, measure the inlet temperature and then the outlet temperature and subtract them to get the temperature raise. The specific range for your furnace should be on the manufacture's name plate. If the reading you get is too high or low, check air flow for restrictions. If none are found, adjust the blower speed to get the temperature within range.
